Well we successfully completed our first week of some pretty intense workouts, and we actually held well with out diet too. Of course I went out and bought about hundred bucks worth of fitness powders, pills and vitamins, I guess thats the trade, but if you think about it thats nothing to what you would spend on junk food in a week. This supply should last us for about a month. I got all my stuff at GNC though after researching online I probably could have gotten some of the stuff cheaper online…oh well. The first day itself was a complete pain in the lungs. I really got dizzy and thought I was going to puke… no joke.. I was spent, but I hung in. The biggest days that I felt was like I said day one and also two probably because I was still puking from day one…go figure. We’re off to week two and I definitely feel better, I’m certain this is in part because I am starting to ease into the workouts themselves. All right I’ll be back for week two’s rap-up. 7 Rest or Stretch= Rested just a Fancy Word For I Slacked
