Fitness | Gotta Get Back on Track
- Ok here’s the deal a few weeks back I started the P90X program, actually Samantha & I started together and yea we make good fitness partners, but we have been slacking like big time. We’re going to start back up this week and plan to be consistent with all the workouts even though they’re one hour a day for six days a week. The program is actually 7 days a week but we opted to use the 7th day to stretch out and hydrate. Now I know that I’ll get some good ribbing from a certain couple of friends when they read this, especially about my bad habit for sweet treats, and the fact that I mentioned that I thought I was going to throw up at the end of the first day when I first attempted this workout program… oh well I’ll have to deal with that beating later.
- So here’s the deal after we polish off the gallon of Publix chocolate Bear Claw Ice Cream we’re heading back on the tracks and plan to hit it hard and get some flavorful results, as it stands I’m 5’8, 183 at last weigh in, which was this morning. My goal is to get back to 175 and loose some of the Bear Claw around my waist and feel like I’m 20 again, yea so maybe that’s a long shot but as long as I keep up a good attitude maybe I’ll get there…ec… out !

errol colon - Oooh, the ole liquid diet… not sure if I’ll be able to hang with no solid foods but I did have a DanActive this morning…
I’ll be cutting out all beer again and holding off the breads the ice cream is almost gone so reality will be here again soon…
Nina DeCastro - try no solid foods, and lots of water, my husband (the guy wearing the red cast at Mel and John’s Wed) has been doing that for 6 days already lost 9 pounds, oh!!! i hate him hahahahaha, P90X is a really good program some of my Zumba students were doing it and they like it.
